The Romanian Camo Parka was created in the 1990s with heavy duty cotton outshell and a soft blanket inner removable liner. These feature a mix of the M90 leaf camo created in 1990 and the M94 fleck camo adopted a few years later in 1994. The camo pattern will vary. This is a staple for any military surplus collector.
